Learning to meditate with supportive private instruction allows you to learn a technique based on ancient Vedic tradition tailored to you. We will spend time together both learning, practicing, and answering common questions that arise.
This ninety-minute intensive is an opportunity to dive into what you feel needs the most attention and development. After a comprehensive intake, together, we tackle your specific concern, desire, or challenge.
Work together weekly to envision and develop the key areas that will most benefit your well-being. Women generally do so much for others, and these three months are for you and creating what you yearn for in your life.
